Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine Predictive and Preventive maintenance on production machinery and support equipment.
- Execute Corrective maintenance and repairs to resolve unexpected equipment failures quickly.
- Conduct daily inspections and safety checks to identify potential hazards or mechanical issues.
- Document all maintenance activities, repair logs, and performance reports accurately.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to troubleshoot complex systems and improve equipment reliability.
- Ensure strict compliance with company safety protocols and industry regulations.
- Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical faults to maintain high production standards.
Kualifikasi
- Associate degree or Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial).
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in manufacturing maintenance or technical support.
- Proficiency in reading technical blueprints, schematics, and maintenance manuals.
- Strong knowledge of PLC systems and general automation equipment.
- Valid Technical Skills Certificate (SKKNI) is highly preferred.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced production environment.
- Physical stamina to perform manual tasks and work on-site as required.
