The Role: We are seeking a skilled and proactive Technician - Engineering, Control & Instrumentation to ensure the optimal performance of our highly automated production lines. In this critical role, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and optimizing a wide range of control systems and field instrumentation to uphold our rigorous standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.
What You Will Do: Your core focus will involve providing expert technical support for Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) systems, Distributed Control Systems (DCS), and Human-Machine Interfaces (HMIs). You will execute preventive maintenance schedules, conduct rapid fault diagnosis, and perform precise calibrations on essential measurement devices. Your collaboration with process engineers and production teams will be key to driving continuous improvement in system reliability and overall equipment effectiveness.

Tanggung Jawab
- Perform troubleshooting, calibration, and preventive maintenance of process instrumentation and control systems (PLCs, DCS, SCADA, HMI) to ensure optimal plant operation.
- Diagnose and resolve electrical and instrumentation faults in real-time to minimize production downtime and maintain overall efficiency.
- Support the installation, testing, and commissioning of new control equipment and system upgrades.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records, technical documentation, and spare parts inventory for all C&I equipment.
- Conduct performance checks and calibration of field instruments including transmitters, sensors, valves, and actuators.
- Collaborate closely with Production and Engineering teams to optimize automated manufacturing processes and improve system reliability.
- Ensure all work complies with safety regulations, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and quality standards (ISO 13485, GMP).
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives (Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing) to enhance Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Instrumentation & Control Engineering, or a closely related field.
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in instrumentation and control systems maintenance within a manufacturing or process plant environment.
- Strong knowledge of PLC programming (e.g., Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Mitsubishi), SCADA systems, and HMI interfaces.
- Hands-on experience with field instrumentation (pressure, flow, level, temperature) and calibration standards.
- Familiarity with industrial communication protocols (Ethernet/IP, Profibus, Modbus).
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs), and loop diagrams.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a proactive, hands-on approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
