We are looking for a talented and motivated Technician to join our Engineering team at Hartalega, focusing on Control & Instrumentation. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the high reliability and efficiency of our plant’s control systems and instrumentation.
Your primary responsibilities will involve troubleshooting, modification, and repair of a wide range of control and instrumentation equipment. You will work with PLCs, SCADA systems, DCS, and various field instruments such as transmitters, flow meters, and control valves. Your expertise will help minimize downtime, improve process efficiency, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine and emergency troubleshooting and repair of control systems and instrumentation equipment to ensure plant reliability.
- Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance on PLCs, SCADA, DCS, and HMI systems.
- Calibrate, configure, and maintain field instruments including transmitters, flow meters, level sensors, and control valves.
- Install, modify, and upgrade control panels, wiring, and instrumentation components as needed.
- Support automation and process control projects to improve efficiency and reduce downtime.
- Document all maintenance activities, test results, and instrument records accurately.
- Comply with safety regulations and standard operating procedures at all times.
- Assist in the development and implementation of preventive maintenance schedules.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Certificate in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Instrumentation, or a related field.
- Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in control and instrumentation maintenance within a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in PLC programming and troubleshooting (e.g., Siemens S7, Allen-Bradley RSLogix5000).
- Experience with SCADA systems (e.g., WinCC, iFix) and industrial communication protocols (Profibus, Ethernet/IP).
- Strong understanding of process instrumentation and control loop tuning.
- Ability to read and interpret P&IDs, electrical schematics, and technical manuals.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Willingness to work in a plant environment and flexible to support shift work if required.
