Hartalega, recognized as the world's No.1 Nitrile Glove manufacturer, is seeking a skilled Control & Instrumentation Technician to join our engineering team in Sepang, Selangor. In this role, you will be responsible for the maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting of critical control systems and instrumentation within our state-of-the-art facility. You will work closely with the engineering department to optimize production efficiency and ensure compliance with strict safety and quality standards.
Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine preventive and corrective maintenance on PLC systems, SCADA, and pneumatic/hydraulic instruments.
- Calibrate and test control instruments to ensure accurate readings and operational safety.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex engineering faults to minimize production downtime.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and automation upgrades.
- Maintain accurate maintenance logs and records as per company standards.
- Adhere to strict hygiene and safety protocols in a cleanroom manufacturing environment.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Instrumentation, or Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 1-3 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Strong knowledge of PLC programming, SCADA systems, and industrial instrumentation.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical circuits.
- Valid Industrial Electricity Certificate (SBL) is an added advantage.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in shifts and adhere to strict safety regulations.
