Tanggung Jawab
- Perform daily preventive maintenance on production machinery and facility equipment to ensure optimal operational efficiency.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic faults promptly to minimize production downtime.
- Conduct regular inspections of building systems, including HVAC, piping, and electrical panels, to ensure safety and functionality.
- Ensure strict compliance with Safety, Health, and Environmental (SHE) regulations and company standard operating procedures.
- Assist in the installation, calibration, and commissioning of new equipment and tooling.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date maintenance logs, work orders, and technical reports.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements and implement efficiency-enhancing measures.
Kualifikasi
- Hold a Professional Engineering Certificate or Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum of 3 years of proven work experience in a related engineering or facility maintenance field.
- Demonstrated knowledge of industrial machinery, electrical systems, and facility management principles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a diverse, high-performance team.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts and adhere to strict safety protocols at all times.
