Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine preventive maintenance on hotel facilities, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and troubleshoot technical issues to minimize downtime.
- Conduct regular inspections of hotel premises to ensure safety and operational standards are met.
- Assist in the installation and commissioning of new facility equipment.
- Maintain accurate logs of maintenance activities and inventory of spare parts.
- Coordinate with external contractors and vendors for specialized repairs when necessary.
- Ensure strict adherence to workplace health and safety protocols at all times.
Kualifikasi
- NITEC or Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or Building Services Engineering.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in hotel or commercial building facilities maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or within a team.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays if required.
- Basic computer literacy for maintenance management software and reporting.
