Tanggung Jawab
- Maintain utility assets and machinery in optimal running condition to ensure seamless operations.
- Adhere to strict safety, health, and environmental (SHE) regulations and company policies at all times.
- Implement and monitor 5S standards to maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workplace.
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on utility systems and equipment.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical faults to minimize production downtime.
- Document all maintenance activities, perform daily checks, and update technical logs accurately.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to drive performance improvements and process optimization.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Certificate in Engineering, Electrical, Mechanical, or Utility Management.
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in a similar utility technician role within the manufacturing sector.
- Strong knowledge of utility systems such as HVAC, water treatment, compressed air, and steam systems.
- Excellent understanding of safety protocols, including OSH regulations and lockout/tagout procedures.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints.
- Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently under pressure.
- Willingness to work shifts, weekends, or overtime as required by business needs.
