We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Technician for Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) to join our team in Bandar Baru Bangi, Selangor. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct regular workplace inspections and safety audits to identify hazards and ensure compliance with OSHA, FMA, and Environmental Quality Act standards.
- Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of EHS policies, procedures, and safe work practices for production and facility operations.
- Coordinate and deliver EHS training programs for employees, including emergency response, first aid, fire safety, and chemical handling.
- Monitor and manage the disposal of scheduled waste, ensuring compliance with DOE regulations and maintaining accurate waste inventory records.
- Lead incident and accident investigations using root cause analysis (RCA) techniques, preparing detailed reports and recommending corrective actions.
- Maintain and calibrate EHS monitoring equipment (e.g., noise dosimeters, air sampling pumps, gas detectors).
- Participate in risk assessment (HIRARC) activities for new processes, machinery, and facility modifications, especially related to EV and automation technologies.
- Liaise with government agencies (DOSH, DOE, BOMBA) during inspections, audits, and permit applications.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Safety & Health, Engineering, or a related field.
- Registered Safety & Health Officer (SHO) with DOSH or Green Book holder is highly advantageous.
- Minimum 1–2 years of working experience in an EHS role, preferably in a manufacturing, automotive, or industrial setting.
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian EHS laws and regulations.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, capable of training and influencing employees at all levels.
- Certified Environmental Professional in Scheduled Waste Management (CePSWaM) is a strong plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and EHS management software.
