Tanggung Jawab
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production machinery and equipment.
- Troubleshoot complex equipment malfunctions and implement effective solutions.
- Ensure strict adherence to cleanroom protocols, safety regulations, and ISO standards.
- Document maintenance activities, logs, and repair reports accurately and in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to optimize equipment performance and uptime.
- Conduct routine equipment inspections to identify potential issues before they escalate.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics).
- Previous experience in a cleanroom, semiconductor, or manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work rotating shifts, specifically the 12-hour night shift.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team setting.
- Basic understanding of safety standards and quality control procedures.
