We are a premier provider of specialty coffee equipment and solutions, currently seeking a proactive and hands-on Technician to join our expanding equipment servicing team in Singapore.
In this critical role, you will ensure the highest standard of operational excellence for our clients across the island. You will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of world-class coffee machinery, including espresso machines, grinders, and brewing systems. Your work will directly support baristas and business owners in delivering an exceptional coffee experience.

Tanggung Jawab
- Perform on-site installation, commissioning, and routine maintenance of commercial coffee machines and brewing equipment.
- Diagnose technical issues and execute efficient repairs to minimize equipment downtime.
- Provide exceptional technical support and hands-on training to clients on equipment operation and best practices.
- Maintain accurate service records, job reports, and parts inventory logs using our service management system.
- Manage and prioritize a dynamic service schedule to meet customer needs across various locations in Singapore.
- Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to identify opportunities for service improvements and upselling of maintenance contracts.
- Uphold strict safety standards and ensure all equipment meets operational and quality benchmarks.
Kualifikasi
- NITEC / Higher NITEC or Diploma in Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- At least 1-2 years of hands-on experience in equipment servicing, repair, or maintenance (experience with Food & Beverage equipment is a strong plus).
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a methodical approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact professionally with clients.
- Possession of a valid Class 3/3A driving license is highly advantageous.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Physically fit and comfortable with lifting and handling heavy equipment.
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
