Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct routine inspections of hotel facilities to ensure all equipment operates at peak efficiency.
- Execute preventative maintenance schedules for electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
- Perform timely repairs on guest room fixtures, furniture, and building hardware.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues reported by various departments.
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance logs, repairs, and energy consumption data.
- Assist in the installation of new equipment and support renovation projects as required.
- Adhere strictly to workplace safety regulations and hotel operating procedures.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Nitec/Higher Nitec or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering.
- At least 2-3 years of hands-on experience in facility maintenance, preferably in a hotel or commercial building setting.
- Strong practical skills in using power tools, diagnostic equipment, and hand tools.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and equipment manuals.
- Proficiency in basic electrical and plumbing troubleshooting techniques.
- A proactive mindset with a strong commitment to quality and workplace safety.
- Ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays, to support 24/7 hotel operations.
