Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise the daily operations and maintenance schedules of the company's vehicle fleet to ensure maximum operational uptime.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance checks to identify potential mechanical issues early.
- Coordinate with the logistics team to schedule repairs and manage repair work orders efficiently.
- Ensure strict compliance with traffic regulations, safety protocols, and company fleet management policies.
- Manage driver performance and provide technical guidance regarding vehicle handling and routine care.
- Monitor fuel consumption rates and report on vehicle cost-efficiency metrics to management.
- Oversee the inventory management of spare parts and essential maintenance tools.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in fleet management, vehicle maintenance, or a similar supervisory role.
- Strong technical knowledge of diesel engines, hydraulic systems, and vehicle diagnostic systems.
- Valid Indonesian Driver’s License (SIM A).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with local transport regulations and safety standards in Indonesia.
- Proficient in using fleet management software and reporting tools.
