Tanggung Jawab
- Perform daily machine operations and assembly tasks in accordance with standard operating procedures.
- Conduct routine quality inspections and ensure product specifications meet company standards.
- Perform routine maintenance and minor troubleshooting of production equipment to minimize downtime.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area, adhering to strict safety protocols.
- Document production data, defects, and maintenance logs accurately and on time.
- Collaborate with the quality assurance team to resolve production issues effectively.
- Assist in the setup and calibration of machinery as required by the production schedule.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM or Diploma qualification in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related technical field.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or technical role is an added advantage.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to read technical diagrams and manuals.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in various physical environments.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Basic computer literacy for data entry and reporting purposes.
- Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
