Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine preventive maintenance and corrective actions on facility equipment and systems
- Conduct regular inspections of building infrastructure including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and fire safety systems
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and troubleshoot technical issues efficiently
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment performance
- Collaborate with contractors and vendors for specialized repairs and system upgrades
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
- Assist in implementing energy efficiency measures and sustainability initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Technical diploma or certification in building maintenance, facilities management, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in building maintenance or facilities management
- Strong knowledge of building systems including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and fire safety
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and maintenance equipment
- Certification in relevant technical areas (e.g., HVAC, electrical safety) is advantageous
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Good communication skills and ability to coordinate with various stakeholders
- Valid driver's license may be required depending on project locations
