Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine preventative maintenance on gaming machines to ensure operational efficiency.
- Troubleshoot and repair hardware and software issues on gaming systems.
- Conduct regular inspections of machines to identify potential technical faults before they escalate.
- Document all maintenance activities, repairs, and spare parts inventory usage accurately.
- Assist in the installation and setup of new gaming machines and peripheral equipment.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and operational protocols at all times.
- Provide technical support to floor operations to minimize machine downtime.
Kualifikasi
- Nitec, Diploma, or equivalent in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechatronics Engineering.
- Prior experience in technical repair or maintenance is an advantage, though entry-level candidates are welcome to apply.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a logical approach to troubleshooting.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and circuit diagrams.
- Physical capability to handle equipment setup and maneuver within technical spaces.
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of workmanship and reliability.
- Possess a proactive attitude and a willingness to learn new technologies.
