Join CBM Pte Ltd as a Technician (IFS) and become a vital part of our building maintenance team. This dynamic role requires a skilled professional to ensure the seamless operation of critical building systems. You'll perform comprehensive maintenance, servicing, and repair works across electrical, ACMV (Air Conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation), plumbing, and building infrastructure. Your expertise in troubleshooting complex faults will be essential for minimizing downtime and maintaining operational efficiency. Additionally, you'll conduct systematic inspections and routine checks to proactively identify potential issues, ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements. Tanggung Jawab
- Execute scheduled maintenance, servicing, and repair of building systems (electrical, ACMV, plumbing)
- Diagnose and resolve complex electrical, mechanical, and plumbing faults
- Perform thorough inspections and routine system checks
- Prepare detailed maintenance reports and documentation
- Adhere to safety protocols and industry standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient project delivery
- Implement preventive maintenance strategies
Kualifikasi
- Diploma/Certification in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or Building Services
- Minimum 2 years of relevant maintenance experience
- Strong knowledge of ACMV, electrical systems, and plumbing
- Certification in HVAC or electrical systems preferred
- Proficient in diagnostic tools and testing equipment
- Valid Singapore work permit (for non-Singaporeans)
- Ability to work independently and in team environments
