Agroto Business is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Technician in Industrial Machinery to join our engineering team. We are committed to operational excellence and are looking for a proactive professional who can ensure our production lines run smoothly and efficiently. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining our facility's infrastructure, ensuring minimal downtime, and upholding the highest safety standards.
As a Technician, you will be the technical expert on site, responsible for diagnosing complex machinery issues, performing routine maintenance, and executing necessary repairs. You will work closely with our engineering staff to implement upgrades and ensure that all equipment meets regulatory requirements. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine maintenance, diagnostics, and repair of industrial machinery and production equipment.
- Identify and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical faults to minimize production downtime.
- Ensure strict adherence to all safety protocols and environmental regulations during maintenance tasks.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date maintenance logs, repair records, and inventory of spare parts.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to implement process improvements and efficiency upgrades.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential risks and prevent equipment failure.
- Assist in training junior staff on proper equipment handling and safety procedures.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Certificate in Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering.
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in industrial machinery maintenance or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of hydraulic systems, pneumatics, and basic electrical circuitry.
- Familiarity with reading technical blueprints, schematics, and maintenance manuals.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
- Valid driving license is an added advantage.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
