- Build and integrate complex electro-mechanical sub-assemblies per engineering specifications
- Interpret technical drawings, schematics, and assembly instructions
- Perform quality testing, inspection, and validation of assembled components
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical/electrical assembly issues
- Maintain assembly equipment and precision tools
- Document assembly processes and maintain production records
- Collaborate with engineering teams for design optimization

Kualifikasi
- Diploma/Certificate in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics Engineering (or equivalent)
- Minimum 5 years' experience in electro-mechanical assembly
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings and schematics
- Experience with precision measurement tools and calibration
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
