We are committed to delivering high-quality baked goods, and our technical team is essential in ensuring our machinery runs smoothly and efficiently.
In this role, you will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of critical production equipment, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum output. You will work closely with the production supervisors to identify issues, implement preventive maintenance schedules, and ensure compliance with strict safety and hygiene standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on bakery machinery and production equipment.
- Conduct daily inspections to identify potential issues and prevent equipment breakdowns.
- Repair and replace faulty components to ensure continuous production flow.
- Collaborate with the production team to implement process improvements and safety protocols.
- Ensure all maintenance activities comply with food safety regulations and hygiene standards.
- Document all maintenance activities, repairs, and parts usage accurately.
- Maintain a clean and organized workshop and storage area.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Certificate in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or related technical field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within the manufacturing or F&B industry.
- Strong understanding of basic electrical and mechanical principles.
- Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and schematics.
- Valid Driver’s License (to travel between Kedah and Penang outlets).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude towards maintenance.
- Ability to work flexible shifts as required by production schedules.
