Tanggung Jawab
- Assemble and calibrate control system components with meticulous attention to technical specifications
- Conduct comprehensive testing procedures to validate product functionality and safety standards
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex electrical/mechanical issues in control systems
- Maintain detailed documentation of assembly processes, test results, and corrective actions
- Collaborate with engineering teams to implement product improvements and design changes
- Ensure compliance with ISO quality standards and safety protocols
- Train junior technicians on assembly techniques and troubleshooting methodologies
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Technology, or related technical field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in control systems assembly or automation maintenance
- Strong proficiency with PLC systems, SCADA, and industrial control protocols
- Certification in electrical safety or industrial automation preferred
- Excellent diagnostic skills with ability to interpret technical schematics
- Experience working with oilfield equipment or industrial automation systems
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Valid electrical safety certification (e.g., LOTO, HV/LV)
