Tanggung Jawab
- Assemble machinery and equipment according to technical specifications and quality standards
- Provide on-site technical support and troubleshooting services to customers
- Conduct regular maintenance and inspection of machinery to ensure optimal performance
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently and effectively
- Maintain accurate service records and documentation for all work performed
- Collaborate with the engineering team to improve assembly processes and service quality
- Train customers on proper operation and maintenance of equipment
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or certificate in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in machine assembly or technical support
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in reading technical manuals and assembly diagrams
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in various environments
- Valid driver's license for customer site visits
