Tanggung Jawab
- Perform preventive maintenance and scheduled servicing of photocopiers, printers, and related office equipment.
- Troubleshoot and repair complex mechanical and electrical faults to minimize equipment downtime.
- Install, configure, and calibrate new machines according to manufacturer specifications and customer requirements.
- Conduct quality assurance inspections to ensure output quality meets company and industry standards.
- Provide technical guidance and basic training to end-users on machine operation and troubleshooting.
- Maintain accurate service logs, repair reports, and inventory records for spare parts.
- Collaborate with the sales team to recommend maintenance contracts and upgrade solutions.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Certificate in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or related technical field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Technician, specifically working with copiers, printers, or facsimile machines.
- Strong understanding of mechanical systems, circuit boards, and troubleshooting methodologies.
- Valid Malaysian Driver’s License (required for site visits).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple service calls efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-first service attitude.
- Physically fit to handle heavy equipment and perform manual tasks.
