Tanggung Jawab
- Operate CNC mills, lathes, and precision machining equipment to fabricate battery components
- Interpret technical drawings, GD&T specifications, and manufacturing work orders
- Perform preventative maintenance on machining centers and tooling systems
- Conduct in-process inspections using calipers, micrometers, and CMM equipment
- Document production activities and maintain quality control records
- Collaborate with engineering teams to optimize machining parameters
- Implement lean manufacturing principles to reduce waste and improve efficiency
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Machining Technology (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 3 years' experience with CNC machining in manufacturing environment
- Proficiency in reading technical blueprints and GD&T symbols
- Familiarity with Fanuc or Siemens CNC control systems
- Knowledge of aluminum/steel machining properties and cutting tools
- Strong problem-solving skills for mechanical troubleshooting
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Basic knowledge of ISO 9001 quality management systems
