Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on production line machinery.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic system failures promptly to minimize downtime.
- Perform calibration and regular tuning of manufacturing equipment for optimal output.
- Maintain accurate maintenance logs and technical documentation for all serviced machinery.
- Collaborate with the production team to improve machine efficiency and suggest process upgrades.
- Ensure all activities comply with workplace safety regulations and company quality standards.
- Support the installation of new equipment and machinery upgrades within the facility.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Vocational High School (SMK) degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a maintenance technician in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of PLC, sensors, and electrical control panels.
- Ability to read technical manuals, blueprints, and electrical diagrams.
- Proficient in using hand tools and industrial testing equipment.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment.
- Good physical health and willingness to work on a rotational shift schedule.
