- Read and interpret mechanical engineering drawings and technical specifications
- Perform routine maintenance, inspection, and repair of aircraft mechanical systems
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex mechanical issues using specialized tools and equipment
- Ensure all work complies with aviation safety regulations and company standards
- Document maintenance activities and prepare detailed technical reports
- Collaborate with engineering teams to implement system improvements
- Train junior technicians on proper procedures and safety protocols
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 8 years of hands-on aircraft mechanical experience
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting mechanical engineering drawings
- Strong attention to detail and precision in technical work
- Valid certification in aircraft maintenance (e.g., FAA Part 65 or equivalent)
- Experience with airframe systems, hydraulic systems, and mechanical components
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
