Tanggung Jawab
- Create detailed 2D and 3D mechanical drawings and technical schematics using CAD software.
- Collaborate closely with the R&D team and production engineers to ensure design feasibility and manufacturability.
- Perform tolerance analysis and select appropriate materials for component fabrication.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including Bill of Materials (BOM) and assembly instructions.
- Conduct design reviews and troubleshoot engineering issues during the prototyping phase.
- Assist in the validation of new products and support pilot runs to ensure quality standards are met.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.
- Proven experience working as a Mechanical Design Technician or in a similar engineering role.
- Proficiency in SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or other advanced CAD design software.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, GD&T, and material properties.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team.
- Previous experience in the electrical appliance or manufacturing industry is highly desirable.
