Are you a skilled technician with expertise in mechanical and electrical systems? UDA Facility Management is currently hiring a Technician – Mechanical & Electrical for our Johor Bahru operations. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading facility management company and play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of building services.
As an M&E Technician, you will be tasked with performing regular maintenance, troubleshooting breakdowns, and implementing enhancements to improve system efficiency. You will work from technical drawings and schematics, conduct inspections, and ensure compliance with safety standards. Your ability to calibrate instruments and diagnose issues accurately will be key to your success.

Tanggung Jawab
- Read and interpret electrical and mechanical system designs and plans
- Perform regular preventive maintenance on M&E equipment
- Troubleshoot and repair faulty electrical and mechanical systems
- Calibrate instruments and ensure accuracy of measurements
- Recommend improvements to enhance system efficiency and reliability
- Maintain records of maintenance activities and equipment status
- Collaborate with engineering team on projects and upgrades
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Certificate in Mechanical, Electrical, or related field
- Proven experience as an M&E Technician or similar role
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including wiring, control panels, and switchgear
- Familiarity with mechanical systems such as HVAC, pumps, and motors
- Ability to read technical drawings and schematics
- Experience with instruments calibration and diagnostic tools
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Valid relevant certifications (e.g., Chargeman, Wireman) preferred
