Tanggung Jawab
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair computer hardware, software, and network infrastructure
- Install, configure, and maintain peripherals including printers, scanners, and communication devices
- Perform system testing, validation, and preventive maintenance protocols
- Document technical procedures, service logs, and inventory management activities
- Provide Tier-1/2 user support for hardware and software issues
- Assist in network security audits and access control implementations
- Collaborate with vendors for equipment procurement and service contracts
- Support system upgrades and migration projects
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2 years technical support experience in IT infrastructure
- Proficiency in Windows OS, networking fundamentals, and hardware diagnostics
- CompTIA A+/Network+ certification or equivalent preferred
- Strong analytical skills and systematic troubleshooting approach
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to work independently and prioritize technical escalations
- Basic knowledge of data communication protocols and cybersecurity practices
