Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and supervise technical teams in railway track maintenance, inspection, and repair operations
- Implement preventative maintenance schedules to optimize infrastructure performance and minimize service disruptions
- Conduct thorough inspections of permanent way components including rails, sleepers, and signaling systems
- Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations and industry standards across all maintenance activities
- Coordinate emergency response protocols for track-related incidents and infrastructure failures
- Utilize diagnostic tools and specialized equipment to troubleshoot technical issues efficiently
- Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance activities, inspections, and performance metrics
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Civil Engineering, Railway Technology, or related technical field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in railway track maintenance or infrastructure management
- Certification in railway safety protocols (e.g., PTS, COSS) or equivalent industry qualifications
- Proven ability to lead technical teams and coordinate maintenance operations
- Strong knowledge of railway infrastructure components and maintenance methodologies
- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to work under pressure in operational environments
- Valid Singapore driving license and ability to work in flexible shift schedules
