Tanggung Jawab
- Install, configure, and maintain physical security systems including CCTV, electronic access control, and alarm systems.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure equipment functionality.
- Perform on-site troubleshooting and repairs for hardware malfunctions or connectivity issues.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to manage security infrastructure upgrades.
- Maintain accurate logs and documentation for all service requests and equipment maintenance activities.
- Ensure all installations comply with industry safety standards and building regulations.
- Provide technical support and training to end-users on the operation of security systems.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Nitec in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in security systems installation or low-voltage cabling.
- Strong understanding of electronic security hardware, IP cameras, and network-based controllers.
- Proficiency in using hand tools and testing equipment (multimeters, cable testers).
- Ability to interpret technical diagrams, schematics, and floor plans.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid Class 3 driving license is a plus.
