Tanggung Jawab
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on semiconductor process equipment.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose complex automation and mechanical issues in a cleanroom environment.
- Document equipment logs, performance data, and maintenance schedules accurately.
- Collaborate with Process Engineers to optimize equipment performance and yield.
- Adhere to strict safety, quality, and environmental standards (SOPs) at all times.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and equipment upgrades.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics).
- Previous experience in semiconductor fabrication or cleanroom environments is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of automation systems, PLCs, or hydraulics.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends, as required.
- Commitment to safety protocols and quality assurance processes.
