As a key member of our technical team, you will work closely with process engineers to monitor, analyze, and improve yield metrics. You will operate and maintain critical equipment within the cleanroom, troubleshoot process deviations, and implement corrective actions to minimize defects. - Monitor and troubleshoot process equipment to ensure optimal performance and uptime.
- Analyze yield data to identify trends, defects, and areas for process improvement.
- Execute routine calibrations and preventive maintenance on integration tools.
- Document process parameters, anomalies, and corrective actions in accordance with quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and implement process optimizations.
- Maintain strict adherence to cleanroom protocols and safety regulations.
- Assist in the development and validation of new process recipes.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, or related technical field.
- Previous experience in semiconductor manufacturing or a similar high-tech environment is preferred.
- Strong understanding of process integration concepts and yield management principles.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts as required by production schedules.
- Familiarity with basic data analysis tools is a plus.
