Tanggung Jawab
- Assemble, calibrate, and test electronic components and systems according to technical specifications
- Operate and maintain production equipment to ensure optimal performance and efficiency
- Conduct quality control inspections and testing procedures to verify product functionality
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in the production process
- Document production processes and maintain accurate records of testing results
- Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to improve production methods
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Certificate in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in production or manufacturing environment
- Strong understanding of electronic components and assembly processes
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings and schematics
- Familiarity with quality control procedures and testing methodologies
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with production software
