Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine preventive maintenance and calibration of all production machinery to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic faults quickly to minimize production downtime.
- Conduct daily safety inspections of equipment and ensure strict adherence to lockout/tagout (LOTO) procedures.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to upgrade existing systems and implement new production technologies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date maintenance logs, including repair history, parts usage, and performance reports.
- Respond promptly to emergency breakdowns and coordinate with cross-functional teams to restore operations.
- Train junior technicians and operators on proper machine handling and safety protocols.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Certificate in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of hands-on experience in production machine maintenance or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of PLCs, pneumatics, hydraulics, conveyor systems, and industrial automation.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints with ease.
- Valid technical certification and a valid driver’s license (if applicable to the role).
- Proven track record of troubleshooting complex mechanical and electrical issues under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
