Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and analyze real-time defect data using automated inspection systems to ensure process integrity.
- Perform timely identification, isolation, and reporting of process deviations to minimize yield impact.
- Collaborate with process and equipment engineers to troubleshoot defect-related issues on the production floor.
- Execute standard operating procedures (SOPs) for defect verification and categorization.
- Maintain high standards of laboratory and cleanroom safety protocols during all shift operations.
- Participate in shift-handover meetings to ensure seamless communication of critical production issues.
- Assist in the generation of daily shift reports and quality performance summaries.
- Maintain equipment calibration and health checks as part of routine shift duties.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Engineering (Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical, or Mechatronics) or equivalent technical certification.
- Previous experience in a wafer fab or high-volume manufacturing environment is highly advantageous.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret technical data and identify trends.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and database systems.
- Willingness to work in a 12-hour shift pattern (including nights and weekends).
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure, and collaborative team environment.
- A proactive attitude towards learning new inspection technologies and methodologies.
