Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on robotic welding cells and related equipment.
- Program and configure industrial robots (e.g., KUKA) specifically for spot welding operations.
- Monitor production quality in real-time and adjust welding parameters to ensure precision and safety.
- Conduct daily safety checks and ensure strict adherence to workplace hygiene and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with the production team to identify bottlenecks and improve workflow efficiency.
- Document maintenance logs, repair records, and operational data accurately.
- Assist in the installation and commissioning of new robotic welding systems.
Kualifikasi
- High School Diploma or Vocational Diploma (SMK) in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience working with industrial robots, specifically in spot welding applications.
- Familiarity with PLC systems and basic electrical/mechanical knowledge.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment in Karawang, West Java.
- Valid Indonesian driver's license (optional but preferred).
