Tanggung Jawab
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical/electrical faults in automation systems
- Perform preventive maintenance on industrial machinery and control equipment
- Calibrate and test sensors, actuators, and PLC components
- Document maintenance activities and repair logs systematically
- Collaborate with engineers to implement system upgrades
- Adhere to ISO safety protocols and quality standards
- Train junior technicians on best practices
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years' experience in automation/maintenance roles
- Proficiency in reading technical schematics and blueprints
- Familiarity with PLC programming (Siemens/Allen-Bradley)
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Basic knowledge of pneumatic/hydraulic systems
- Certification in industrial maintenance preferred
