Tanggung Jawab
- Perform scheduled maintenance and inspections on aircraft airframes and engines
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
- Read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and regulatory documents
- Document maintenance activities and repairs using digital systems
- Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve technical discrepancies
- Ensure compliance with CAAS and international aviation standards
- Train junior technicians on maintenance procedures and safety protocols
Kualifikasi
- Certified Aircraft Technician (CAT) or equivalent aviation qualification
- Minimum 3-5 years of airframe and engine maintenance experience
- Familiarity with CAAS Part-66 B1/B2 license requirements
- Proficiency in aircraft systems troubleshooting methodologies
- Strong knowledge of aviation materials and repair techniques
- Ability to work under pressure with strict deadlines
- Excellent documentation and communication skills
