About the Role: As an Avionics Maintenance Technician/Senior Technician, you will be responsible for the high-quality maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) of advanced aircraft avionic systems. You will work in a dynamic hangar and workshop environment, ensuring all avionics components, including navigation, communication, flight control, auto-pilot, and radar systems, are operating at peak efficiency and in strict compliance with CAAS, FAA, and EASA safety standards. You will utilize advanced diagnostic equipment and technical manuals to troubleshoot complex faults.

Tanggung Jawab
- Perform line and base maintenance tasks on avionics systems (Navigation, Communication, Auto-Pilot, Flight Instruments).
- Diagnose and troubleshoot system malfunctions using specialized test equipment and technical manuals.
- Conduct functional tests and certify aircraft systems post-maintenance as airworthy.
- Interpret and apply data from Aircraft Maintenance Manuals (AMM), Wiring Diagrams, and Service Bulletins.
- Ensure all maintenance documentation is accurately completed and compliant with regulatory standards.
- Manage the serviceability and calibration of ground support and test equipment.
- Supervise and mentor junior technicians (senior role).
- Adhere strictly to workplace safety, health, and environmental procedures (WSH).
Kualifikasi
- Diploma / Higher Nitec / Nitec in Aerospace Avionics, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 2 – 5 years of hands-on experience in aircraft avionics maintenance (MRO or airline environment).
- Possession of CAAS (SAR-66) or EASA Part-66 B2 license is highly preferred.
- Strong technical knowledge of modification, repair, and overhaul processes.
- Proficiency in technical reading and report writing in English.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Willingness to perform rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
