Are you passionate about electronics and precision manufacturing? Rohde & Schwarz is seeking a dedicated SMT (Surface Mount Technology) Technician to join our production team in Johor Bahru. In this role, you will play a critical part in assembling high-quality PCBs that power our advanced test and measurement equipment.

Your Role:
As an SMT Technician, you will ensure the smooth operation of our PCBA production lines, maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.
Tanggung Jawab
- Operate and monitor SMT production lines, including pick-and-place machines and reflow ovens.
- Perform in-process inspections (IPC standards) to ensure component placement accuracy.
- Maintain strict adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and 5S workplace organization.
- Identify and troubleshoot minor assembly defects or machine alarms.
- Conduct final inspection and packaging of assembled circuit boards.
- Collaborate with the quality assurance team to resolve non-conformance issues.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and health standards within the workshop.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Certificate in Electronics, Mechatronics, or Electrical Engineering.
- Basic understanding of electronic components and circuit boards is highly desirable.
- Ability to read technical drawings and follow detailed instructions precisely.
- Strong manual dexterity and eye for detail.
- Physically fit and capable of standing for extended periods.
- Willingness to work shifts, including weekends if required.
