Tanggung Jawab
- Operate and maintain Single Point Diamond Turning (SPDT) machines to produce high-precision optical components.
- Perform machine set-ups, tooling adjustments, and calibration to meet stringent dimensional and surface finish specifications.
- Conduct routine quality inspections using advanced metrology equipment and interpret technical drawings accurately.
- Troubleshoot production issues and perform minor machine maintenance to ensure maximum uptime and efficiency.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to optimize process parameters and improve manufacturing yields.
- Maintain detailed production logs and adhere strictly to all workplace safety and quality protocols.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production speed and reduce material waste.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Nitec in Precision Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in high-precision machining or manufacturing environments.
- Proficiency in operating SPDT machines or similar CNC diamond turning equipment is highly preferred.
- Strong ability to read and interpret complex mechanical blueprints and GD&T specifications.
- Competency in using precision measurement tools such as interferometers, profilometers, and micrometers.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced manufacturing setting.
- Willingness to work in the West Region (Boon Lay) and adapt to production-focused shift requirements.
