Are you passionate about the future of mobility? Eraya is seeking a dedicated Staff Technician to join our dynamic team in Jakarta Raya. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for performing high-quality inspections, servicing, and repairs on electric vehicles (EVs) in strict accordance with company standards. You will play a critical role in diagnosing complex issues within battery systems, motor drives, and electrical components. We are looking for a hands-on professional who thrives in a fast-paced workshop environment and is committed to delivering excellence in customer service and technical precision.
Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine and complex inspections, maintenance, and repairs on electric vehicle models.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot faults in battery management systems, electric motors, and electrical wiring harnesses.
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and workshop quality standards during all service operations.
- Conduct pre-service and post-service quality control checks to ensure vehicle readiness.
- Manage workshop tools and equipment, ensuring they are clean, organized, and in working order.
- Document all service work accurately in the company’s management system.
- Communicate technical findings and repair costs clearly to customers.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Automotive Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Hands-on experience with hybrid or electric vehicle systems is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of automotive electrical systems, hydraulics, and mechanics.
- Valid A or B Driving License.
- Physically fit and capable of standing and working on the workshop floor for extended periods.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
