You will play a pivotal role in overseeing daily technical operations, guiding a team of technicians, and maintaining optimal equipment performance. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and coordinate daily electrical and electronic maintenance tasks to ensure operational continuity.
- Supervise, mentor, and provide technical guidance to a team of junior technicians.
- Perform complex diagnostics and repairs on electrical/electronic components and control systems.
- Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and company quality standards.
- Maintain accurate maintenance logs, inventory of spare parts, and service reports.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical bottlenecks and improve workflow efficiency.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure equipment longevity and safety compliance.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Nitec in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in electrical/electronic maintenance or a supervisory capacity.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical schematics and circuit diagrams.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach to hardware and system troubleshooting.
- Effective leadership skills with the ability to manage team performance and scheduling.
- Knowledge of workplace safety practices (WSH/OSHA standards).
- Strong communication skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
