Tanggung Jawab
- Execute comprehensive preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical assets including turbines, pumps, and heat exchangers.
- Conduct regular inspections and condition monitoring of rotating equipment to identify and mitigate potential failures.
- Troubleshoot complex mechanical malfunctions and implement effective, long-term repair solutions.
- Ensure all maintenance activities are performed in strict accordance with the company’s Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) requirements.
- Interpret and utilize mechanical blueprints, technical drawings, and manufacturer specifications for equipment servicing.
- Maintain detailed documentation of maintenance logs, work orders, and spare parts usage via the maintenance management system.
- Coordinate with the operations and electrical teams to facilitate seamless plant shutdowns and equipment overhauls.
- Assist in the supervision of external contractors to ensure quality of work and compliance with safety protocols.
Kualifikasi
- Possess a Diploma or NITEC/Higher NITEC in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of hands-on mechanical maintenance experience, preferably in a power plant, refinery, or heavy industrial setting.
- Strong technical knowledge of rotating machinery, hydraulics, and pneumatic systems.
- Proficient in using precision measuring tools and specialized maintenance equipment.
- Familiarity with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations and Permit-to-Work (PTW) systems.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary technical team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
