Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily workshop operations to ensure high productivity and timely project completion.
- Lead and mentor a team of technicians, providing technical guidance and performance feedback.
- Perform complex technical diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on machinery and equipment.
- Implement and monitor strict quality control standards for all workshop output.
- Manage inventory levels of spare parts, tools, and essential consumables.
- Enforce workplace safety regulations (K3) and maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workshop environment.
- Coordinate with cross-functional departments to address technical requirements and operational bottlenecks.
- Prepare regular reports on workshop performance, maintenance logs, and resource utilization.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a technical role, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory capacity.
- In-depth knowledge of workshop tools, diagnostic equipment, and technical maintenance procedures.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage, motivate, and develop technical teams.
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings, blueprints, and equipment manuals.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to handle complex technical malfunctions.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Willingness to be based in Cikarang Selatan, Jawa Barat.
