Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine maintenance, safety inspections, and repair services on XPENG electric vehicles according to OEM standards.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex issues related to EV high-voltage battery systems, electric motors, and power inverters.
- Conduct software updates and calibrate advanced driver-assistance systems (ADAS) using specialized diagnostic tools.
- Document all service activities accurately in the internal management system to ensure full repair history transparency.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to report recurring technical issues and improve vehicle reliability.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace in compliance with high-voltage safety regulations.
- Provide technical support and clear communication to customers regarding vehicle status and repair requirements.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechatronics, or Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience as an automotive technician, with a strong preference for candidates with EV or Hybrid experience.
- Deep understanding of automotive electrical systems and ability to read complex technical schematics.
- Valid certification for handling high-voltage battery systems is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in using automotive diagnostic software and scan tools.
- Ability to adapt to new technologies and complete manufacturer-specific training programs.
- Strong analytical mindset with a commitment to high-quality workmanship and workplace safety.
