Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze and document business requirements, translating them into functional and technical specifications for ERP and CRM systems.
- Lead the configuration, testing, and deployment of system enhancements and new modules.
- Provide expert-level support for end-users, troubleshooting complex system issues to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline business processes through system automation and integration.
- Manage system upgrades, patches, and routine maintenance to ensure platform stability and security.
- Develop comprehensive training documentation and deliver user workshops to improve system adoption.
- Monitor system performance and generate reports to identify areas for optimization and ROI.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a techno-functional role, specifically working with ERP (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) or CRM (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics) platforms.
- Proven ability to map business processes and implement technology-driven solutions.
- Strong technical background with experience in SQL, system configuration, and data migration.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in managing project lifecycles, from requirement gathering to post-implementation support.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
