As an L1 Techno-Functional Consultant, you will be the critical link between our clients' business objectives and technical execution. You will be responsible for understanding client needs, configuring systems, conducting thorough testing, and ensuring successful project delivery. Your strong analytical skills and business acumen will enable you to provide valuable insights that shape our digital products. Tanggung Jawab
- Collaborate with business users and stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document detailed functional requirements.
- Perform detailed gap analysis between client business processes and standard system capabilities.
- Configure enterprise software applications (e.g., ERP modules, CRM systems) to align with functional specifications.
- Design functional solutions and prepare technical specification documents for development teams.
- Conduct unit testing, system integration testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Provide L1 project support, including troubleshooting functional issues and coordinating fixes.
- Facilitate end-user training sessions and develop comprehensive training materials and user guides.
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and are completed within agreed timelines.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- 2 to 4 years of experience as a Techno-Functional Consultant, Business Analyst, or in a related client-facing role.
- Proven experience in working with enterprise applications such as SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of business process flows and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual thinking skills.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to interact confidently with clients.
- Hands-on experience with SQL, data analysis, and system configurations is highly advantageous.
- Proven ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a cross-functional team.
