Tanggung Jawab
- Operate and calibrate analytical instrumentation (HPLC, GC-MS, SEM, etc.)
- Diagnose and resolve equipment malfunctions to minimize downtime
- Execute chemical analysis protocols for material characterization
- Develop and validate new testing methodologies for semiconductor materials
- Maintain accurate laboratory documentation and quality records
- Collaborate with R&D teams on material compatibility studies
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and ISO 17025 standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or Materials Science
- 2+ years laboratory experience with analytical instrumentation
- Strong troubleshooting skills for complex mechanical/electrical systems
- Familiarity with semiconductor manufacturing processes preferred
- Proficiency in laboratory information management systems (LIMS)
- Excellent documentation and data analysis capabilities
- Ability to work independently in a cleanroom environment
