Tanggung Jawab
- Operate and maintain ultrapure water (UPW) systems and wastewater treatment plants (WWTP) in semiconductor manufacturing facilities
- Monitor water quality parameters and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements
- Perform preventive maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting of water treatment equipment
- Implement process improvements to enhance system efficiency, reliability, and sustainability
- Collaborate with engineering teams on system upgrades and new technology integration
- Document operational data, maintenance activities, and incident reports
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and environmental regulations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related technical field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in water treatment operations, preferably in semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of ultrapure water systems, reverse osmosis, and wastewater treatment processes
- Proficiency in interpreting technical schematics and operating procedures
- Certification in water treatment technologies (e.g., CWEA, WQA) is highly desirable
- Experience with SCADA systems and process automation controls
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a cleanroom environment and follow strict safety protocols
